Programs and Tutoring Policy with Parents

By enrolling your child in Tutorium4Success Academy, you agree to the following:

1. Attendance

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. Parents/guardians should notify the Academy as soon as possible if their child will be absent.

2. Cancellation

Parents/guardians must provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a scheduled session.

Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.

Missed sessions without notice are considered a no-show and may be charged the full session fee.

The Academy may waive a cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

3. Program Withdrawal

Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw their child from a program should provide two weeks written notice.

4. Respectful Behaviour

Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and other students respectfully.

5. Parent Communication

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact and emergency information and communicating relevant learning needs or concerns.

6. Fees

Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at registration. Outstanding balances may affect continued enrollment.

7. Privacy

Student information will be kept confidential and handled appropriately. Photos or recordings will only be used with appropriate parent/guardian permission and agree to be part of our newsletter.
